My Car Has Bad Breath!
well.... it's very sad.... my car has been diagnosis with bad breath...
Today I took my car in to have the out of car inspection done.
(I will have to do a air care inspection every two years - to me it sounds like they are checking if it has bad breath)
I for sure thought my car inspection was no brainer... of course my car being a 2003 is fine and good to go.
TO MY UTTER SHOCK AND Disbelief - my car FAILED the inspection!!!!
Yes that's right - my car has bad breath.
Technically it's my windshield they are making me replace and there is some funny noise in the front end they have to look into...
What this means -- They will NOT pass my car until I FIX that stuff - which means I can NOT get car insurance until I pass the inspection - which means that I have to buy another day of temporary insurance in order to have those repairs done.
Sigh... good thing this is such a beautiful city that it's worth every dollar!!!

I sure am glad I did it the other way around. Moved in December. Got insurance first, like in February. Then I hung on to my Alberta license plate until the last minute.... well after the last minute.
Didn't actually get my license until the last week of April, long after I was supposed to. But in the meantime I drove on the 407 toll highway (where they identify you by video, then send a bill.
Now I am an Ontario guy again.
